More than 24 hours before the appointment
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge by contacting O2-KING.
Within 24 hours of the appointment
O2-KING may charge the full session price or deduct one session from your package.
No-show
If you do not attend, O2-KING may charge the full session price or deduct one session from your package.
Late arrival
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so that later appointments are not affected. The full session price may still apply.
Cancellation by O2-KING
If O2-KING cancels, we will offer a suitable replacement appointment where possible. If a paid session is cancelled and no suitable replacement can be provided, you may request a refund.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed for the complete amount paid within 14 business days.
