Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to website enquiries, appointment requests and oxygen therapy sessions provided by O2-KING BV, Laarderhoogtweg 18, 1101 EA Amsterdam, The Netherlands, KVK 63110997, VAT NL855096925B01. Separate quotations or agreements may apply to chamber sales, rental, leasing, installation, training, maintenance and technical service. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement takes precedence for that transaction.

Website information is general. Product availability, configuration, specifications, images, delivery, installation, training, pricing and warranty may vary. Final terms for chamber products are confirmed in the individual quotation or agreement.

Submitting the online form creates a booking request, not a confirmed appointment. The selected time is normally held for 12 hours while payment is pending. An appointment is confirmed only after O2-KING receives payment and sends a confirmation. O2-KING may reject or propose a change to a request where the time, chamber or operational requirements are unavailable.

A 60-minute session costs €72 and a 90-minute session costs €96, including 21% VAT. Payment instructions are sent separately. Payment must be received before the hold expires unless O2-KING agrees otherwise in writing.

When a customer buys 10 sessions, the 11th session is included without additional session charge. The package is valid for six months from purchase, is personal and cannot be transferred. Session packages are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where O2-KING cancels a paid session and cannot provide a suitable replacement appointment.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the appointment. New customers must complete the intake process before their first session. Customers must provide information honestly and inform O2-KING of relevant changes. O2-KING may postpone or decline a session where information required for practical or safety review is incomplete or where the team considers that the session should not proceed.

A customer under 18 may attend only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Contact O2-KING before requesting an appointment for a person under 18.

The Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy forms part of these terms. Cancellation or rescheduling more than 24 hours before the appointment is free. Within 24 hours, O2-KING may charge the full session price or deduct one session from a package. The same may apply to a no-show. If a customer arrives late, the session may be shortened and the full price may still apply.

If O2-KING cancels, it will offer a suitable replacement where possible. If a paid session is cancelled and no suitable replacement can be provided, the customer may request a refund. Approved refunds are processed for the complete amount paid within 14 business days.

O2-KING's Amsterdam location is a chamber showroom and wellness/recovery centre, not a medical clinic. Sessions and website information are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Customers remain responsible for seeking advice from a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate and for following the intake and team instructions. Individual experiences and outcomes vary.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law. Subject to applicable law, O2-KING is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss or for loss caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, failure to follow instructions, unauthorised use or circumstances outside O2-KING's reasonable control.

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Health-related information supplied during intake is handled separately and only for the stated intake and safety-review purpose.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Consumers retain any mandatory rights and protections that apply to them. Please first contact O2-KING at o2@o2-king.com so that we can try to resolve a concern directly. A dispute may be submitted to the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
